Book Design: Imagine Japan
In this design project, students could freely choose a topic related to Japan and create a book about it. The book designs are about an imagined Japan, something specifically Japanese, shown from a European perspective. The class was a cooperation with Prof. Mariko Takagi of the Doshisha Joshi Daigaku in Kyoto, Japan, where japanese students designed books about an imagined Germany.
